"HORNELLO'S DELIVERY"

During the MAFIA WARS Scenario Sunday in May, the two rivaling mob families, led by "The Ox" Oswalt and "The Kingpin" Hornello, were at a stand-still in their attacks on one another's home territory. Each captain, equipped with a white flag, attempted to strike a deal with Splatmandu's Specialty Forces (Ted's Reds) leader "The Bulldog" Cordallini. (AKA Ted).

Desperately needing the services of Ted's Reds, Hornello met with Cordallini to set up an arrangement in Ted's Reds compound (The Den in the Hornet's Nest). In order to aide his team, Hornello offered up pepperoni pizza and "beverage" to the Ted's Reds, in exchange for safe passage of his men through the Mine Field, in an assault on Grey's territory. Ted's Reds gladly accepted his "donation" and stood down on Blue in the Mine Field. Who can pass up pizza and "beverage"?

Of course, it must be noted that this is the first and LAST time bribes of actual monetary value will be accepted here at Splatmandu. Although we cannot squash the creativity behind this gesture, from now on all items used for bartering must be of a paintball scenario mind set.
