In Loving Memory of John Crnkovich

Our long time friend and teammate passed away suddenly on May 23rd, 2006. John Crnkovich will be deeply and sadly missed in our hearts and at the Du. 

John accomplished many wonderful things in the many years as a club member at Splatmandu.You would never see John without a smile on his face. Whether he was hauling bricks in 2 feet of snow during the pre-season, or shooting top five in the back as an Assassin, John was one of those guys that you could tell was having a great time. He truly loved Splatmandu, and all that it stands for.

John contributed many things to this field over the years. He would make the drive from Detroit whenever he could to help make this place better for each one of us. He was a Groundhog, pre-season 110% and 110% almost every year. In 2004, he was the Assassin of the West, working side-by-side with Karl to personally eliminate many "meddlesom" top-five from the Rising Sons Scenario. He was also involved with SplatmanBOO!, helping out with parking to make sure all the patrons were safe. We cannot thank John enough for all the wonderful memories and the mark he has left on this field, not to mention our hearts.
